Because I had to study up on angles of drawing the State Trooper hat, this scene merited a redraw. Initially I drew Andy's hat with a flat brim and he looked like a beefed-up Dudley Dooright. In the words of John Kricfalusi's horse... "No sir, I didn't like it."

[Transcript] - Rudy's talking to Izzy on the cell phone. Another younger officer walks over to the driver side and says, "Dude, this ain't no deer! This is Toro! He friggin got Toro!"

The older officer, who is actually Rudy's cousin, Andrew, says to Rudy, "Now for the hard part. You've put me in a difficult spot. You have two choices. One, I can drive you to the hospital in the bronco... or two, I can arrest you, drive you to the hospital in my crown vic and have your bronco impounded."

"Hab you assed me de gaddout an walk a line yet?"

"Don't make this difficult, Rudy. All I ever needed to arrest you with is the given fact that you're never sober."

"No hospidal. You can drive the bronco ta my home."

"You need to go to the emergency room. I can't stress that enough."

"No hospidal. I was goin' home and dats where I wanna go!"
